I am writing to you to commend you and your crew for the tremendous job did in installing our new Unilock patio and fencing. My wife and I are thrilled with the results of your work,
and look forward to enjoying our new patio for years to come.
After meeting with you during the estimate, though, I knew that you were someone who put a lot of pride in this work and that could be trusted. You and your crew proved that with
the work that you did. Not only did you finish early and remain true to your estimate, but you also did a lot of the 'little things' that encourage me to white letters like this: other
contractors probably would not have take such care to preserve the lawn, washed down the driveway when they were finished, and thrown in some of the 'extras' that you did at
no additional charge. You truly went above and beyond.
In closing, I wanted to let you know that I am willing to be a happy and enthusiastic reference for you in future. Thanks again for your excellent work, and we'll definitely be calling
you when we get around to replacing the rest of our fencing.

Thank you so much for coming over to give me an estimate for my driveway. The work that you did on my patio last spring was awesome. Your crew was creative and hard
working and did a tremendous job installing my patio. I am thrilled with the results of your work, and look forward to enjoying the patio for years to come.
I know that you are someone who has a lot of pride in your work. I felt instant trust. You and your crew proved that with the work that you did and when you came back this spring.
The work was finished early and the estimate was right on plus you also did a lot of extra things to help me out. This can only encourage a homeowner like me to write a letter like
this. You truly went above and beyond.
I am willing to be an enthusiastic reference for you in future. Thanks again for your outstanding work, and we'll definitely be calling you when I get around to replacing my driveway.

I am writing to commend you and your crew for the work recently completed at my home in Hoffman Estates. The new Unilock driveway and driveway apron you installed have
added a great deal to the beauty of my home and its surroundings. The ideas you provided for new entry stairs and the finished product turned out great. I was extremely pleased
with the cost of the project and even more so with the end result. All of the workers were professional, curteous and even did extra things not called for in the contract. I would
highly recommend Chicago Brick Paving to friends or neighbors interested in quality work at a reasonable price. I look forward to working with you again.

This is to let you know that the work that you have done over the past five years in my yard has transformed an ordinary back yard into an absolute getaway. Everyone, literally
who comes to our home, has asked who designed our landscape. There is such a feeling of peace and serenity out there. You captured the perfect mix of light and texture color
and perennial, so that each year we see our garden return our investment and trust in you with the beauty of a stunning back yard.
I invite you to take pictures anytime to show potential customers, because your work is beyond the usual and out of the ordinary. You are also ALWAYS reliable, always fair in
price and what more can I say?
You have introduced a mood and a moment into our spring-summer fall outdoors. I can never thank you enough, and continue to be thrilled with you and your company.

We had Chicago Brick Paving replace our driveway, front sidewalk and steps in October 2008. They provided ideas for expanding our steps to improve safety. They arrived on
time, completed the work on time, and cleaned up after the job was complete. We appreciate their efficient and professional manner. We highly recommend them!

Thanks for all your hard work.
What a great job you did grading our back yard, designing and installing new landscaping, the installation of the yard drainage system was a good investment to our house, we
don't have any more drainage problems around the property, now our kids can play in the back yard.
We will look for you in the spring to replace our driveway. Get some rest over the winter!

The Belgard Paver driveway Chicago Brick Paving installed in October 2011 is truly a workmanship marvel. During heavy rains and snow, it continues to drain run-off properly so
there has not been the flooding and wet basement from the previous asphalt driveway. It looks beautiful and welcoming in all the seasons.
Over the years I have owned seven different homes and upgraded each one. No contractor or company I hired in all those projects has shown such exemplary care in their work.
While Chicago Brick Paving completed my driveway, I photographed and watched all aspects of the job. From the asphalt removal to the finishing layer of polymer sand, the crew
was polite, meticulous, and efficient. All the men were polite and respectful as well as willing to explain each step of the project and answer my frequent questions. Throughout
the stages of work, Cruz Leon, owner, was present and worked with his crew a portion of each day, leaving only to provide the same level of care to another customer.
Asphalt removal was done without harming any vegetation or structures despite being adjacent to the garage door, a brick garden edging, bushes, planted tulips, and a fence. Not
one plant was lost or destroyed, which, to me, speaks volumes about the care and quality of workmanship. In addition to removing the asphalt, Chicago Brick Paving was the only
one of the many contractors providing estimates that actually recycled the asphalt rather than charge me to dump it in a landfill. If that isn’t reason enough to hire this company,
the quality and dependability of the workmen is. The next stages of preparation included leveling and marking the driveway; spreading and leveling gravel; and spreading and
leveling sand. Each different crew member greeted me every morning with a cheerful smile and greeting and worked consistently throughout the day, often until dark. Lunch
breaks were short and they cleaned up all leftovers when finished. Cruz worked on his hands and knees leveling the sand with his crew. He used a long level to measure the
exactness of the depth and slope of the gravel and sand. If it was even a tiny bit unlevelled, Cruz took small handfuls of sand and spread them until each spot was perfect. He
checked and rechecked the work. He also noted that the brick sidewalk along the driveway had not been pitched correctly by a previous company and asked to include a new
sidewalk as well. When the city inspected the work, they found it to be perfect. Before making the final placement of the bricks, the crew laid out patterns of bricks to see what
would look best. Cruz was able to find a better grade of Belgard pavers than I originally thought was affordable so the driveway was able to withstand heavy machinery when I
had to have a large tree removed this spring. The crew laid the bricks; Cruz checked and re-laid some near the sidewalk and front garden plot to make certain everything looked
even when we noticed the city sidewalk was not completely parallel to the street. In addition, he replaced three sections of city sidewalk (with permission from the city) so they
could be completed while his company finished the driveway. When finished, they made sure the 200 tulip bulbs next to the driveway were still unharmed and planted properly.
After filling the driveway with the polymer sand and adding sod along edges where the grass had been trampled, the crew swept everywhere including the street.
Throughout the entire process, every crew member, every truck driver and the owner, Cruz, was considerate, careful, meticulous, thorough, and friendly. Each person seemed to
truly enjoy what he was doing. Their pride in workmanship was reminiscent of Americans’ pride in their crafts 50 years ago, something which we rarely see these days. I only
wish I owned a larger piece of property so I could have them return for another project.
